West Coast Blitz National is our premier high school girls travel flag football program for advanced athletes who are ready to compete at the highest level.


National teams are comprised of experienced, highly competitive athletes selected through our evaluation process based on athletic ability, positional skill, football IQ, coachability, competitiveness, and overall team fit.
National athletes train and compete in a demanding environment designed to prepare them for elite national competition and opportunities to play flag football at the collegiate level.

West Coast Blitz Academy is our high school developmental program designed for motivated athletes who want to elevate their game and prepare for higher levels of competitive flag football.


Academy provides athletes with quality coaching, structured training, competitive opportunities, and an intentional development pathway within the West Coast Blitz program.
The emphasis is on building the technical skills, football IQ, confidence, athletic habits, and competitive experience necessary to become a more complete flag football player.

National athletes can expect:

  • Advanced positional and team training
  • High-level offensive and defensive concepts
  • Competition against top programs throughout California and across the country
  • Participation in premier regional and national tournaments
  • Increased exposure to college coaches and recruiting opportunities
