West Coast Blitz is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering growth and empowerment through sports, providing high school women with a dynamic platform for personal development, sportsmanship, and competitive play in the realm of flag football.  Through the exhilarating experience of flag football, we aim to inspire confidence, instill a sense of accomplishment, and encourage the pursuit of excellence both on and off the field.

After the inaugural season of high school flag football in the fall of 2023, two families saw the opportunity to create an organization to continue the development of flag football outside of the high school season.

In our first year (2024), we were all learning about the development of flag football and searching for any opportunity to practice and play with players spanning different high schools. As each year has passed, the number of available tournaments and teams continues to grow across the nation and we continue to evolve as an organization.
